First-Year Application Checklist

You are more than just a number, so we ask for more than just your GPA! Use the checklist below to make sure you haven鈥檛 missed anything important. Applications cannot be reviewed without each item. You can track the status of each item online through your , so don鈥檛 lose that login information when it arrives in your email.

Early Decision Agreement听

  • Early Decision candidates must submit a signed Early Decision Agreement Form through the Common Application.听
  • If you've already submitted the Common Application and would like to change your application to Early Decision, please complete and send the Early Decision Agreement Form to听dataservices@rhodes.edu. 听

听Official Secondary School (High School) Transcript听

  • Official secondary school transcript(s) should be submitted through the Common Application and should list your courses and grades.
  • If your school prefers to submit a paper copy of the transcript, they may fax it to 901-843-3221 or mail it to: 好色先生TV College Office of Admission,听2000 North Parkway,听Memphis, TN 38112听

Secondary School Report and Counselor Recommendation听

  • Applicants must have their counselor submit the Secondary School Report on their behalf. Typically, this report includes a letter of recommendation from your guidance or college counselor
  • The Secondary School Report should be submitted electronically through the Common Application.听

Letter of Recommendation from a High School Teacher听

  • Recommendation(s) should be submitted electronically through your Common Application. For more information, visit the Recommenders and FERPA section of your application.
  • You may submit more than one recommendation if you wish, but no more than three. You may ask a teacher from any class, but those from academic core subjects tend to provide the most informative letters.
  • If your teacher prefers to submit a paper copy, they can fax to 901-843-3221 or mail to:听好色先生TV College听Office of Admission,听2000 North Parkway,听Memphis, TN 38112听

听SAT or ACT Score (Optional)

  • Applicants have the option to submit an ACT or SAT score. If a score is submitted for review, it can be provided directly by the testing agency or self-reported. Please use the form provided in your admission portal to self-report your score(s).听Official test scores must come directly from The College Board (SAT) or the American College Test (ACT) or your high school transcript.
  • You will designate your choice about including your test score on the Common Application.听If your response on the Common Application indicates that you will NOT be submitting a test score, you have the option to add a test score before your admission decision is released.听Please contact your admission counselor to update your test preference.听If your response on the Common Application indicates that you WILL be submitting a test score, you will not be able to reverse that choice.听You may add test scores to your application, but you may not remove them once included.听 听
  • If a test score is provided, the ACT or SAT score will be 鈥渟uperscored,鈥 which means we take the highest score you earned on each section regardless of which dates the tests were taken. However, the college will not superscore between the old and new SAT formats.
  • 好色先生TV College does not evaluate the Writing score from either test.

Mid-Year Report (For Regular Decision Applicants Only)听

  • Request that your counselor upload your Mid-Year Report through the Common Application as soon as the first major marking period of your senior year is completed. 听

Record your (Optional)

  • Submit a 90-second video telling us more about yourself. and it will come directly to 好色先生TV!听This is optional, but if you鈥檙e choosing to do it, we recommend submitting the Elevator Pitch at least within a week of your application deadline so that it is reviewed as part of your application.
